How much do you charge for shipping?

LOCAL Delivery to Residents of the BOW VALLEY: We offer free local delivery on orders over $25 within the Bow Valley with a flat rate of $5 on orders under $25. Local pickup is available at Banff and Canmore markets - please contact us to arrange.

ALBERTA: We offer free shipping on orders over $75, with a flat rate of $10 on orders under $75.

CANADA: We offer free shipping on orders over $75, with a flat rate of $20 on orders under $75.

Please contact us for shipping charges on bulk and wholesale orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All cookies are made fresh to order and will be made in the order received. Your order will ship within 1-2 weeks and additional transit times may apply. If you require your treats for a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Where do you ship your products?

Our online shop is currently setup to ship within Canada only. If you would like to receive our products outside of Canada, please contact us at givelovetoyourpet@gmail.com to discuss as there may be some restrictions as to which products can cross the border.

Where do you ship from?

We are based in Canmore, Alberta, and all orders ship from there.
