Our pet treats are made using simple, quality ingredients. All ingredients are listed on each product. We are happy to work with Canadian and Albertan suppliers to source our ingredients. Whenever possible, we choose products produced in Canada. You can also see where each ingredient was produced on each product.

Our icing is made using Canadian Yogurt Chips and Food Colouring. Our brown icing is made using Canadian Carob Chips, which are plant-derived and an alternative to chocolate that is safe for dogs.

Although every dog is different, we believe that most dogs will love these cookies. Made in small batches, each cookie is baked fresh to order and decorated by hand using simple and delicious ingredients, namely peanut butter and yogurt, which tend to be dog favourites.

You know your dog best. If your dog tends to have difficulty chewing or avoids chewing altogether and just swallows food whole, it would be a good idea to break the cookie into smaller pieces to accommodate them. Never leave your pet unattended with a treat, and always ensure they have fresh drinking water available.

Absolutely, if your dog has a known allergy, you should always be aware of the ingredients you are giving to them. Additionally, if the treat handler (you) has a severe allergy (i.e., peanuts), you should be aware of ingredients for that reason. If your pet does have an allergy or sensitivity, please reach out to us. We would love to work with you to create a treat your pet can enjoy!

Although we use human-grade ingredients, please understand these treats are intended for your pet and not for you!

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, size, shape, design, and colour may vary slightly; however, we do our best to keep our designs consistent. While either piping or painting, each cookie is decorated by hand so you can ensure you will receive cookies that have been created with care.

All cookies are made fresh to order and will be made in the order received. Your order will ship within 1-2 weeks and additional transit times may apply. If you require your treats for a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. 

Each decorated cookie is packaged individually in recyclable plastic bags to retain freshness, for easy gifting, and for added protection during transport. If gift packaging is selected, the cookies will not be individually packaged. Icing Free treats will be packaged together in one bag. Your order will then be padded within recyclable crinkle paper, boxed, and shipped via courier or hand-delivered within the Bow Valley.

Bow Valley: We offer free local delivery on all orders within the Bow Valley. Local pickup is available at all Banff and Canmore markets.

Alberta: We offer free shipping on orders over $50, with a flat rate of $5 on orders under $50.

Canada: We offer free shipping on orders over $50, with a flat rate of $10 on orders under $50.

Our online shop is currently setup to ship within Canada only. If you would like to receive our products outside of Canada, please contact us at givelovetoyourpet@gmail.com to discuss as there may be some restrictions as to which products can cross the border.
